, located in an antique XVI century building renovated maintaining its original elements, such as the ancient bodega de tinajas (the underground earthenware jars cellar). Several communal spaces are also at our guest’s disposal: the column patio, the outdoor patio with garden and swimming pool and the upstairs glazed gallery, perfect place for reading and relaxing. Wi-fi Internet connection available in every room.


The house still maintains the authentic earthenware jars cellar.

include living-room, fully equipped integrated kitchen, a double bedroom, a sofa bed, wi-fi Internet connection, television, air-conditioning/heating, complete bathroom and hot water deriving from solar energy technolgy, integrated with electricity when necessary. The hot-water level is therefore always guaranteed while at the same time contributing to the energy sources sustainability.

There is a wheelchair accessible ground-floor apartment, available for guests with impaired mobility. Communal spaces are available for relaxing inside, as well as in the patio and in the garden.

Located in the heart of Úbeda’s historical city centre, the monumental town which was declared World Heritage Listed siteOn July 3 2003,
the towns of Ubeda and Baeza were declared
World Heritage Listed by UNESCO
in 2003, the apartments are placed in a quiet calle away from all kind of noises but at the same time close to the main historical sites.

The house position is ideal, since it is located near Úbeda’s ancient Plaza del Mercado, the civil place par excellence in which rises the Ayuntamiento Viejo, the antique Town Hall, and Saint Paul’s Church, la Iglesia de San Pablo. Plaza Juan Vázquez de Molina, core of UNESCO’s World Heritage declaration, is only a little walk away. In this square you will find the Sacra Capilla de El Salvador del Mundo, Juan Vázquez de Molina’s palace (the present-day Town Hall), Deán Ortega’s palace, (today parador de Turismo) and the church that used to be Úbeda’s collegiate church: Santa María de los Reales Alcázares.

CONDITIONS AND IMPORTANT REMARKS

  • About the rental rates

    During the high season, which includes Christmas, Semana Santa and all the long weekends, rates may be higher, and we may require a minimum number of nights for each stay. The rates are for one night and they vary according to the apartment. IVA, linen, blankets, electricity, water and heating costs are included. The apartments are cleaned and linen is changed every three days. There is no reception desk. The rental rate is for two people, since each apartment only disposes of one double-bed room. The living room sofa-bed is available for other guests, and each extra person will increase the price of 10€ per person per day, anyhow never exceeding the maximum occupancy as indicated in the chart above.

    A baby-cot is also available for guests, at a rate of 5€ per day. Please do not forget to request it in advance.

     

  • Right of occupancy

    The right of occupancy normally begins at 1pm of the first day of your stay and finishes at 11m on the last day. However, this timetable may be extended, upon request, up to a reasonable time.

  •  Payment form and Final Booking Warranty

    Once we have confirmed the requested apartment/s availability and it/s price, the booking will not be effective until we receive in the indicated bank account the payment of 30% of the total price of the stay. We also request the copy of the payment receipt, that can be sent to us via email (información@losaldeubeda.com) or fax (953 792 608) as final booking warranty.

    The remaining amount will be paid when receiving the apartment’s keys.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    For bookings cancelled 10 days in advance or more the entire amount of the booking fee will be refunded.

    For bookings cancelled 2 to 9 days in advance we will refund 50% of the booking fee.

    For bookings cancelled 48h before the date indicated for check-in, or in case of no communication at all, guests will loose the right to the refund.
